Strategic Meeting with TÜKİD for ASD Market Week

Tüm Kırtasiyeciler Derneği (TÜKİD) continues its efforts to enhance its members' presence in international markets.

TÜKİD Board of Directors Chairman Taha Keresteci, Vice Chairman Fatih Çiftçioğlu, and association staff held an important meeting at the association’s headquarters in preparation for the ASD Market Week trade show to be held in Las Vegas, USA.

At the meeting, representatives from a U.S.-based trade show organizing firm were present, and strategic steps to be taken during the trade show participation process were discussed in detail. The discussion focused particularly on positioning the Turkish stationery sector in the U.S. market, methods for reaching the right target audience, and potential collaboration models that could be established for members.

ASD Market Week stands out as one of the leading events with a high volume of international trade, bringing together thousands of buyers from various sectors. TÜKİD officials emphasized that this platform offers members not just an opportunity to participate in a trade show, but also a strategic opportunity to establish lasting business connections and expand into new markets.

TÜKİD aims to take significant steps in the Americas as well, rather than limiting its efforts to boost its members’ export potential to Europe and the Middle East alone. This meeting is seen as a concrete example of the association’s vision to establish a more effective global presence.

TÜKİD’s primary goal is to raise the profile of the Turkish stationery sector’s quality, production, and design capabilities in global markets and to open new export opportunities for its members.

Every step taken in this direction is viewed as part of a long-term strategy aimed at enhancing the sector’s international competitiveness.
