Tüm Kırtasiyeciler Derneği (TÜKİD) brings together members engaged in the import, export, manufacture, and wholesale and retail trade of stationery products—which are essential everyday items both in our country and worldwide—and their various accessories, with the aim of continuously pooling members’ knowledge and efforts.
From the very first day of its establishment, our association has been committed to strengthening Turkish stationers and the stationery sector, taking the necessary steps in this field with great confidence and courage. By encouraging solidarity and cooperation amongst its members, it contributes to the Turkish economy through activities that benefit both its members and our country in all matters relating to the sector. By establishing an active working platform both domestically and on the international stage, our association has taken significant steps towards making the Turkish stationery sector a hub within its geographical region.
‘A country’s ability to have a say in global markets depends not only on increasing its market share but also on enhancing its competitive strength. As is the case in all countries that have adopted an export-led growth model, the key to companies in Turkey developing their exports lies in their collaboration with experienced institutional bodies such as TÜKİD. For Turkey, exports are an indispensable factor in overcoming economic challenges, raising the standard of living for its people, and securing a significant position in global trade. Fully aware of the vital importance of exports for our country and our sector, TÜKİD consistently demonstrates a fine example of cooperation with its members in matters relating to export activities."
Our association has always stood by its members—manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, importers and retailers from all corners of Turkey—to resolve the issues they face or may face within the sector. Guided by a service philosophy rooted in professional ethical values, it strives to maintain the highest level of relations with other key institutions and organisations, particularly civil society organisations. Maintaining constant communication with ministries and institutions, our association frequently consults with relevant bodies for the benefit of our sector, our members and our country, and takes the necessary steps with great determination and urgency.
It utilises its existing resources to ensure the satisfaction of its members and the wider community, as well as to promote transparent governance, and, where necessary, develops projects aimed at creating new opportunities. These projects are designed to eliminate potential risks to the well-being and health of the community.
By continuously monitoring developments in the sector at international, regional and national levels, it keeps its members informed and implements measures aimed at addressing the root causes of the challenges facing the stationery sector and shaping its future.
Our association, which operates with a professional and extensive team, has maintained its operations steadily since 1985 without receiving any financial support from the state. TÜKİD’s income is derived from the annual membership fees paid by its members and from the events it organises throughout the year.

Our mission
- Committed to democracy and universal principles, and respectful of freedom of enterprise and thought, and guided by the belief that industrialists, importers, exporters and wholesalers in the stationery sector constitute a pioneering and enterprising group within Turkish society, we are dedicated to monitoring all matters within the sector,
- To work towards enhancing the competitiveness of the Turkish home, school and office stationery industry and service sector, with a view to securing a distinct and lasting position within the international economic system, in line with the objective of international integration,
- To support policies aimed at enhancing competitiveness in Turkey’s stationery sector by establishing the principles of a liberal economy, whilst creating an environment that ensures a sustained rise in productivity and quality through the most effective utilisation of the sector’s human and other resources, supported by technological innovation,
- To contribute to the establishment of the stationery sector, the market economy, and the legal and institutional infrastructure, and to ensure that the stationery business community operates in accordance with universal principles of business ethics,
- To foster unity of thought and action within the sector in line with the above objectives,
- To represent our members across all platforms and contribute to the development of trade and relationships within the sector,
- As Turkey and the Turkish stationery sector, we aim to take steps towards realising our goal of becoming a hub for these neighbouring countries. By systematically placing this issue on our agenda, we intend to act as the relevant authority where necessary,
- To host a trade fair that fully embodies the characteristics of a flagship event. To achieve this, first and foremost, we must bring together all manufacturers and companies from neighbouring countries as participants, and create a trade fair that all companies in our region will feel they simply cannot afford to miss,
- To protect companies that have invested in their brand and products and secured legal protection for them against counterfeit goods,
- Through our magazine, we aim to explain that counterfeiting is harmful to us all in the long term, and that such practices hinder the emergence of intellectual property in the context of trademarks and industrial design in Turkey,
- In the work we are set to undertake, our aim is to foster synergy by ensuring that our sector speaks with a strong, unified voice—one that is democratic and broadly representative, rather than a cacophony of individual opinions—under a single umbrella,
Our Vision
To become a model and leading organisation on the global stage by working extensively and effectively both within and outside Turkey to develop and expand the Turkish stationery sector on behalf of all its stakeholders.
