Turkish stationery companies made a big splash at the Ambiente, Creativeworld, and Christmasworld trade fairs, which began on January 26 in Frankfurt, Germany. The Frankfurt fair brought together leading manufacturers and suppliers in the stationery sector. Sixty-two companies from Turkey—43 of which are members of TÜKİD—captured the attention of international visitors with their new products… Noting that the Turkish stationery sector plays a leading role in setting trends, TÜKİD President Vecdet F. Şendil stated, “Turkish companies manufacture nearly all of the main products in the stationery sector and offer them to the global market at competitive prices. Turkey is emerging as an alternative to China,” he said. The Paperworld fair, a major international event in the stationery sector that has been frequently mentioned for many years, was incorporated into the Ambiente Trade Fair in accordance with a decision made last year, and the paper, office, and stationery product categories met with visitors at Ambiente under the “Working” and “Giving” categories. Since 2023, Paperworld, Ambiente, Christmasworld (a seasonal decoration fair), and Creativeworld (a fair for hobby and artistic products) have been held simultaneously in Frankfurt. At the trade show, which began in Frankfurt and concluded on January 30, Turkish stationery companies were met with great interest. Visitors examined the products of Turkish companies, which showcased their latest offerings at the fair, one by one, and learned about Turkish products. Noting that Turkey was represented by a total of 62 stationery companies this year, 43 of which are members of the All Stationery Retailers Association (TÜKİD), TÜKİD President Vecdet F. Şendil stated, “Turkey has practically made a strong showing in Germany. “We have taken our place on the stage as one of the most prominent countries at the fair. Thanks to the Turkish stationery sector’s investments in new technologies and its emphasis on high-quality and original designs, we can say it has become indispensable to the entire world,” he said.
